Riverside Business Solutions was formed in July 2003 as an amalgamation of M D Computer Solutions and Melanie J L Underwood Professional Bookkeeping & Secretarial Services, in order to provide a range of business support services within one company and to coincide with a change of location.

M D Computer Solutions was formed by Martin Abraham in September 1998 offering website design and bespoke computer software solutions.

Melanie J L Underwood Professional Bookkeeping & Secretarial Services started trading in September 2001 providing many and varied business support services.
